Junior Guinea Pig
Hi All!
So, my two boys have been well recently - I took Higgins to the vet a week or so before Christmas because he seemed pretty quiet, he got a check over and was fine. I've never heard him scream so much! His little leggies were splayed out in all directions, it truly was a sight to behold (he hates being picked up!). Anyway, he's been fine since, it's like it knocked him out of his reverie!
Well, now I have an issue with Gibson. He went through a spell of making funny noises when breathing, after eating hay, so I changed the hay and that stopped. Now.. When he's sleeping he'll suddenly make this noise, it sounds just like a chicken (you know, when they're going about their business pecking the ground, like a little noise rather than a full on crow). It wakes him up, he resettles himself and goes back to sleep. It doesn't coincide with wees or poos (all of which are normal), he's eating well and is as heavy as ever! Any ideas? Is he just 'snoring'?
Thank you
