Guinea Pig Pea Eye All Red?

Title is self explanitory. I dont know whats wrong with my guinea pigs eye. My guinea pig has pea eyes and one of them is all red at the bottom, it doesnt appear to hurt but its all red and the redness has gotten worse.
When I took him to the vet it was slightly pinkyish, but now its really red, the vet didnt say anything about it though, as I took him about his foot (which is better now), this was at the start of January.
His eye doesnt appear to cause him pain, but I dont know what I should do. Any help would be great:-)

Looks like fatty eye to me http://www.guinealynx.info/eyes.html but as with everything a quick visit to the vets to make sure no infection is present is worthwhile.

My sophies eye went like that due to hay poke some antibiotic drops from vets cleared it up nicely

It could be an infection, so I'd have it checked out. Pea eye can change in colour a bit, but I would have mentioned it to your vet when you visited last.
