Mine do the same, and it's more of a problem for my long-haired sow. Frequent haircuts, bum baths and regular spot-cleaning and changing the pads in the sleeping/peeing areas work, but it's a never-ending task.
It's all part of the joy of piggy slavery. Piggies are poop machines! Its the way to tell they are healthy and their guts are moving properly. I put in a clean hidey and within a minute of a piggy entering there are at least 10 poops in it and probably wee as well! We as slaves have a never ending battle against piggy poop!
That is normal. Please keep the fur in long-haired guinea pigs trimmed short around the bum, genitals and legs and gently wash with hand warm water if necessary. Do not bathe all the time and be aware that no shampoo will remove the pee stains.
You need to poo patrol and spot clean the sleeping area ideally daily to keep it as clean as possible.
