hello everyone.
i have a female 6 months old piggie Yuki. Yesterday she fell out of the cage while she was playing with her sister. Then she started kinda limping on her back right leg. She is eating normally, but pees and poops a lot (more than usual). Is that a sign of trauma? Leg looks normal to me, when I touch it she doesnt cry at all.
Today she seems to walk much better but I am still afraid she might be hurt.
Thank you so much for your answers.

I'm sorry to hear this. I would always recommend you get a limping guinea pig checked by a vet . Even if it is just a sprain, she may need painkillers.

Definitely needs checking by a vet, she will likely need pain killers and maybe an xray to check for damage. Especially as you think she is going to the toilet more.

Hi , dito to the above, a vet would be able to tell you :tu:

Thank you for all your answers but comparing to yesterday today she seems walking much better and doesnt pee that often anymore?
Maybe she just hit herself a little? She fell from maybe 15 cm height.
