Guinea pig scab/mole?

Me and my family noticed this scab on our guinea pig a couple days ago and now she peeled most of it off and there is a little cut with little to no blood. We were wondering if this is hurting our guinea pigs health. Please send us some advice for what to do!image.webpimage.webp
