I need to put some flooring down in the shed for the guinea pigs (its currently bumpy concrete floor) that's waterproof. I was looking at coroplast but I'm not sure if it would work as they are normally used in c and c cages. Will they stay up? Also how to put them together as the space is currently 9ft x 5ft for my four guinea pigs.
Kavees do different sizes and I'm not sure they'd fit properly. I looked at coroplast normally but I don't know if it's the right kind. Thick enough etc.

Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you x

You could use something like lino or similar. I lined my piggies’ hutch with leftover lino.

I’m assuming they free range in the shed rather than caged in the shed?

I think I would put some insulation on it first. Even just the silver foil insulation - a good layer or two. A concrete floor is cold so every little helps if your piggies live in the shed year round.
You can then use anything as a waterproof surface - coroplast certainly would work. You can score and bend it to make upstands to go up the shed walls. Ive been looking at 8ft by 4ft sheets on Amazon. It can easily be taped together to fit any size space so you can easily make it work.
Alternatively a piece of vinyl would work just as well.

Currently they live in their 2 hutches and I open the doors and they run on the floor (It's currently artificial grass but its hard to clean and not waterproof) with a hole to go outside too. So I'd like to get rid of the hutches and just get some little wooden houses and then just sweep up the bedding, so it makes cleaning alot easier.

My shed set up is similar (mine has a wooden floor though) and I have recently moved my hutches out.
As long as there is no cold getting up through the floor in winter, hence my suggestion of putting insulation down first, then it is definitely easier to just sweep the shed out. I have old oilcloth tablecloths on my floor but only because I had them kicking around.

Yeah I think I'll go with the correx as it'll be quite a cheap option and I'll get some insulation for underneath too. Thank you :)

I think some people have said before that their pigs didn't like walking on bare correx. I have my pigs on vinyl and they are quite happy walking and sitting on it. You can get large offcuts and roll ends quite cheaply from flooring shops.
