This looks like a skin condition such as fungal, please get your pig to a vet immediately
 
As otehr have already mentioned this looks like it might be a fungal infection, some of which can be transmitted to humans.
So you need to get your piggie to a vet as soon as possible, but in the meantime wear gloves when you handle him and wash your hands well afterwards.
It may also be highly contagious, so if it is a fungal infection any other pigs you have will also need to be treated at the same time.
