My girls went out in the run today. Perfectly fine. I bought them in because I thought it was going to rain. Bandit and Luna sat in the dark bit for ages and Nutmeg was hunched next to Trixie(Trixie doesn't tolerate the younger two). I thought something bad had happened so I checked and Trixie was okay as was Nutmeg. I looked in the dark bit and Luna ran over to Bandit which made me think Bandit was hurt. I took her out and Luna went downstairs, so I thought that she was protecting her. I checked Bandits limbs and everything and she was fine. Everyone is in the hutch and is quiet now. I don't know whats up with them.

Sorry I can't help you. It is one of those things where we don't have the full set of information and can therefore not make any sense.
It can be that something spooked them? keep in mind that guinea pig have a much stronger sense or smell and higher hearing than us.

Could it be the weather. We are forecast rain until tuesday.

I don't think so. It is usually something more direct. Have you checked the hutch for mice or large bugs? If you can stick a pencil through any hole, they can get in.

Yes. Nothing there apart from my girls.
