Hi all and Happy Friday!

I'm currently in the early stages of starting up a Guinea pig specific monthly subscription box.

I know there are a few out there already but I feel they mainly cater for bunnies and there's no real personalisation of the boxes just more of a lucky dip, and as we all know piggies do have their preferences when it comes to treats and toys

I'd love to know everyone's thoughts on the kind of products they would like to see in a piggie box ?

Ps. Sorry that was so long

Hello, Welcome to the forum. Happy Friday to you also!

How much are you changing and how big are they?

Do you have pigs yourself?

I don't know why my introduction didn't post @sport_billy  but heres about my piggies and I

It's all very much in the early stages so i am looking at costs etc, but going from other sub boxes it'll be between £15 - £18. I am currently awaiting my protobox but will share pics when it's here. The box itself will be packaged with Timothy hay so when the products are taken out, the piggies can have a forage and play in the box too.

I get a bunnybox every month for my rabbits and guinea pigs but I would be interested in trying a different box. :)

I think natural treats are good, for example, dried leaves and flowers. My pets love them!

I also like natural toys - balls, sticks, anything that's safe to chew.

I would like to see samples in a subscription box and that's something I haven't seen yet. This could be stuff like hays, treats and foods. :)

Things for piggie owners would also be nice for example little things like stickers, cards. Just cute stuff. :)

I've previously ordered bunnybox, barks and bunnies and happy bunnys club too @luckyandsammy I just thought it would be nice to have something piggie specific that can be customised. For example whether someone would prefer just toys or just treats in their box.

actually have been thinking about stuff for biggie owners like cards, or notepads to record weekly weigh ins - great minds ey? :D

I really like this idea! A treat box with something in for all of the gang and a little something for the humans would tick all the boxes...especially if it was s nice box, too! :lol!: Hay cookies go down well with most of ours, posh dried salad and generally the more natural treats. I love the idea for packaging, too. None of ours bother with any type of toys, though.

Will have a wander over to your intro thread to hear about your piggies

I love the Timothy Hay foraging idea! Notepads to record wheekly weigh ins are fab idea too.

Perhaps the occasional cavy cosy if you can find one reasonably priced to include.

I would be interested in the occasional purchase

Awwww he looks very content there. Piggies do love fleece don't they. Sasspy does laps when she gets in the run, she is like a little racehorse

I agree with the suggestions above and would love to see this come into production, would love to get a piggy box every month!
