Guinea Pig Testicle Scab?

Hello, my guinea Pig is named Benny and he is 2 years old. I was holding him today and I noticed his testicle area looks very weird. The first picture is from the back and the second is from the front. What is wrong with him? Thank you!

I can’t offer any advice but I’d say you really need to see a vet

Please have him vet checked; he looks like he could have bad impaction, but it is impossible to see without a hands-on examination. Impaction - How To Help Your Guinea Pig.
