Guinea pig twitching and shaking head when leg is touched

Hello, I have noticed that whenever the right back leg of my guinea is touched she shakes/twitches her head, I am just wondering if this is a cause of concern and if I should get her checked up? I saw her nibbling her leg once and so I gently rubbed it to see if she was just itching and she reacted in this way. I'm sure that she could just not like being touched there but since it seems to be only the one leg, I am slightly concerned.

Any advice? Thanks.

Yes, I think I'll be doing that. I also remembering seeing her once struggling to put that same leg (I think) to her ear to scratch herself so possibly arthritis?

If your piggy is older then it’s a possibility. Do have her seen by a vet and keep us posted.

Will do. Not so sure of her age as we got her from a rescue, I'd guess around 4-5 years though. I'll update once she has been seen.
