guinea pig urine

As many of you know, I have had many problems with Connie and her bladder since November. I am constantly worrying about her urine colour because it is dries a red / orange colour :o She has had infection after infection and after many trips to the vets and phone calls from my vet to an exotic vet specialist, they have came to the conclusion that I shouldn't worry about the wee as it is probably just her normal colour now. Both pigs had their urine spinned down and checked the other week and no blood, crystals or protein was found. I am just wondering what colour other peoples piggies urine dries as? It may sound disgusting but any pics would also be great. I just need to put my mind at rest x

Hey well if the vet said nothing to worry about i wouldnt, Tallulah's dries a pale yellow colour but when she has had red pepper or tomatoe she has darker wee and sometimes it red.

Sam's pee dries red/bown/orangey colours. We noticed it when he had an op to remove a lump and had to use towels as bedding. Even now it dries in those colours. Must be normal in some piggies because he's perfectly healthy.

From what i can remember when i last washed their towels 2 days ago their wees ranged from light brown to darker/reddy brown but i shall make a note when i clean them again tomorrow & let you know. I do know on a blue tarpaulin, Toddies was a creamy/yellowy colour
