Guinea Pig Veggie Haul!

Thought I’d start a fun thread I enjoy seeing what veggies people buy for there piggies and it gives inspiration to try new things anyway I’ll start it of! :)

This week mine got
Peppers spring greens,Savoy cabbage,carrots,butternut,cucumbers,cherry tomatoes,spinach,parsnips and some parsely growing in my garden

My 2 get twice daily:-

Carrot, blueberry, grape, celery, pepper, corriander, parsley, kale, spinach, peashoots, mixed salad leaves, strawberry tops (when I have strawberry for breakfast!). They sometimes get a bit of apple, babycorn and broccoli.
 
Mine get a mixture of these it all depends what I happen to have in the fridge!

Carrots, peppers, parsnips, baby sweetcorn, coriander, parsley, blueberries, spring greens, kale, spinach, apple core (pips removed), melon rind, butternut squash, broccoli stalk, cauliflower leaves (hard middle part removed), lettuce (not iceberg), cucumber, sweetcorn papers and silks .....
 
This weeks veggies :)
3packs of greens
1cabbage
2kg carrots
1 cauliflower
1pk green beans
1pk Kale
2 cucumbers
3packs of 7 peppers
2 courgettes
1pk beensprouts

Also got them some oats to feed maybe 1-2 times a week in small amounts as
They seem to struggle to keep weight on in winter x

Wow what feasts for your piggies, I have been trialling a few different bits as I learn what mine like and don't like! They went nuts for a small warm bran mash treat and binky will practically roll over and do a flip if I bring out the spinach leaves! Haha

Lots of veg and fruit still to try with them yay
 
Got some beansprouts today as I needed some for a recipe. Didn't use them all so will try a few with the piggies normal veg dinner tomorrow and monitor them to make sure they are OK as they haven't had beansprouts before.
