That probably means that is something you do she dislikes or feel nervous about, I guess you came too near her but ^^

Mainly boars do it but if she does it all the time she may be a he - but if your 100% shes a sow she may just be in heat and likes to be petted ^-^ ;D

Is she rumbling on vibrating like a little phone? theres a difference between the two. If its rumbling then she probably just doesnt want to be touched where your stroking and shes being a bit of a grump! If she's vibrating then she's probably a bit scared, hold her gently but firmly, maybe let her sit on you chest and support her bum and only stroke her head until she feels a bit safer. Ive only had one of mine vibrate and she only did it when she was a baby and she hated voices, they scared the life out of her :smitten:
