guinea pig weight/age

hi hoping someone might know of a thread or can give me an idea about guinea pig weight/age
i weighed mine the other day they were comming in at 425g when i got them they did not know what age they were and i was wondering if someone could give me an indication they are only babies still I'm guessing between 3-4mths but wondering if it could be narrowed a bit? I'm sure someone who is realy experience with g/p can give me an idea xx>>>

I weighed my boys today, they are 6 months old and Hoggle is 952g and Ludo is 960g. Don't know if that helps :{

Guinea pig weight is depended on many factors - how many pups in the littler, quality of food during pregnancy/after birth, so weights can differ enormously during the first months of a piggies' life.

A healthy, well cared for baby can weigh as much as 500g by 8 weeks old. However, I had an early pregnancy mummy who weighed only 400g after birth/nursing at 4 months old.

i have a 5month old boar who weighs 300g he doesnt grow and he doesnt put on much weight. Its hard to tell how old a pig is by weight.

Where did you get yours from?
