guinea pig wipes

Are guinea pig wipes ok to use? somethings you think would be ok sometimes arent so just wanted to check? They would be usful to me as Lincoln isnt the cleanist guinea pig lol (not that any are really ^))

I usde them on Spikes bottom and paws, he's a mucky boy, they haven't caused us any problems, and their a great alternative to constantly bathing.

I've never heard of guinea pig wipes before. I use baby wipes on my dog sometimes though.
