I have a 4 year old guinea pig and it has a 1inch tumour coming out of his belly on the bottom
he has had It for about over a year, we had in checked by a vet,
it has grown over the last months. my mum suggests putting him down but I don't really want to
the tumour doesn't hurt him and he still acts the same way.
I was thinking of putting him in a enclosure in my back garden around 10x10m
and then if it gets worse euthanize him.
Does anyone have any better suggestions?

If a lump changes it's always best to have it rechecked by a vet @Quassant. They can advise if treatment is a valid option.

we had him checked out a year ago it was a tumor he was put down today after it was infected and causing him pain

Oh I'm so sorry for your loss. Your piggie is out of pain. It is always a hard decision to make but it is the last act of love that we can give our beloved pets. He is making friends at the Rainbow Bridge.

So sorry to hear your news.
That’s a tough decision to have made.
Look after yourself now as you grieve
