Guinea pig with possible ear infection?

Hi guys, i have suspicions that my Guinea pig phyliss may have a possible ear infection or something along them lines? I noticed a few times last week he was falling over once or twice, and he now has the slightest head tilt, or at least I think and then sometimes I’ll look at him and it will look completely normal? Every time I go to look inside his left ear he will shake his head but will let me look and fiddle with the right ear. The outside of the ear looks a little dry and white. Will attach photos, do you think he looks like he has a slight head tilt? Are these possible signs of an ear infection? He did have his teeth trimmed and went under for it, as well as having a poorly eye with an ulcer on it, so wondering if he’s maybe can’t an infection from that? Think I’ll ring the vets in the morning to be on the safe side as I’ll be sick with worry otherwise and if it is anything I’d rather catch it early

Good that you are planning to have your boy seen. Balance issues are always worrying and need to be vet checked promptly.

It looks like your boy has a touch of fungal on the ear, but that is not related to any balance issues.

It’s nust once or twice I have noticed him stumble but wasn’t sure if it was related to his hair being longer around his back legs. Do you think from the photo he looks like he has a head tilt? Thanks
