I noticed this morning that one of our little piggies has a swollen willy. I have tried bathing it but he gets very anxious and because of his breathing problem after having pneumonia he gets to anxious and starts breathing very heavily with his wee mouth open. I think I need to take him to the vets but he’s already on antibiotics. Don’t know what to do! 😢

Please take him to the vets ASAP. He could have a hair or something cutting off the blood supply but if not, he still needs to see a vet

I would definitely get him straight to the vets, if he has a blockage in his urethra and cant pee that could definitely become an emergency, and as like @Claire W says so is a hair or something trapped round and cutting off the circulation! Please keep us updated x
