Guinea Pigs And Camping

has anyone gone camping before with their piggies? We are meant to be having a 2 night camping trip 20minute drive away next week, whereas I was having my piggies looked after, I am now feeling that wouldn't be fair on roddy, and therefore thinking to bring him along with us! I'm just after people's opinions on it and any experiences or anything that should be considered etc..

We take ours away caravanning about 40 nights a year so anything I can help with. I presume you are in a tent. If possible you will need a cage on a table. We have ours in the van so not a problem. For ease we have paper in the cage, covered in vet bed then fleece with additional fleece to snuggle into. Feel free to PM me with any questions.
