Guinea Pigs And Hamsters

I currently have 2 female hamsters and am looking into getting 2 guinea pigs. I plan on building anew cage system for all 4 animals. I plan on keeping the guinea pigs in a 2 ft by 8 ft enclosure and roughly 3 feet above them keeping the hamsters in a 2 by 5 ft enclosure. Do I need to be concerned about having hamsters and pigs that close to each other? What steps can I take to make it a better home for all.

I see no problem with it, enclosures sound great.
