Eyes x)x)x)

I read a post earlier about getting scraps etc from fruit and veg places and leaves left on the shelves in supermarket and asking to take them, which I am going to try tomorrow ")

Have you decided on the shed yet?

just added you :)

yeh we think the larger shed as it will be a nicer place for us to hang out too, definately want more piggies so again that seems the best option, just a shame I cant do free ranging with all the boys like you can girls but not a problem :)

I was recently at Longleat and they say their 6 piggies cost more to keep than two hippos!

They're certainly not cheap ;)
We have 18 divas and I spend around £6 per day on fresh veggies then there's the mountains of hay they get through. Pellets is probably the cheapest as I buy in bulk and have them delivered.
I've spent hundreds of pounds on vet bed and fleece, cosies, hideys etc. and their pens (home built) are insured in the house contents :x :(|)
Wouldn't have things any other way.
Welcome to the world of Piggy Slavery and look forward to seeing your piggies and their new home :)p

Ooh, always a good idea to set some pennies aside each week for any vet bills. I opened a Post Office Account for them so any large bills are covered.

Ha ha ,someone else has got the bug! Wait till the family increases which I bet it will--------.Good luck.

Oh so true! My 2 are proving to be rather expensive little critters. But I can claim that as I quit smoking before I got them they are costing me less than my fags did - for the moment.

well maybe we should tell them to get a weekend job..... :))
