Guinea pigs are useful creatures!

Hello fellow pig slaves,

I have been admiring how green the grass in my garden and wanted to give credit to my pigs for their role in fertilising the lawn(!)

Other useful things the pigs do:
- Furry little compost bins for offcuts of veg
- The cutest lawnmowers in the world

How do your piggies make themselves useful?

Pig tax: Here is Reggie (RIP) making himself useful by eating carrot tops and saving me a trip up the garden to the compost bin

They are the world’s best stress busters.
Better than pills and no side effects unless you count fur all over your clothes and hay all over the house.

Yes I agree - they are brilliant therapists! Better to have messy clothes and house and be happy than the other way around

We have no carpet in the downstairs of our house because of the hay - it's even worse because we have two 9 month old cats (kitten brains in cat bodies) who love to bat it around everywhere
