earlier on today I went to the cage and ronnie had a patch of blood on his fur, only noticed straight away as his furs white, one of the other two have bitten him, he was separated earlier today, cut didn't look like it had just been done and doesn't look to deep, bleeding had stopped when I spotted it. Cleaned it with water. hes eating and doesn't seem to mind being picked up and doesn't seem to be in pain. Is their anything else I need to do to make her comfortable, I've also changed from sawdust to fleece to try and prevent any chance of infection.any advice would be much appreciated

Sounds like you have done all the right things so far.
Keep an eye on the cut, and maybe bathe it with some sterile saline solution (you can make this yourself).
Now you just need to decide how to sort things out long term.
I believe once blood has been drawn it is unlikely that the piggies will go back together, so you need to think about companionship for Ronnie.

Apologies @Ebony_01 i don't remember your set up. Is this a boar trio? If so they seldom work and often end up with a fight.
Sounds like you have done the right thing to remove Ronnie. Have you checked him all over to see if there are any other cuts/bites? You can clean and bathe the wound(s) in cooled boiled water with salt but please check to see if any lumps develop as these can be the start of abscesses which will require antibiotics from the vet.

If the wound isn't too deep, it may just have been a glancing blow and not a full on bite; which looks rather like two needle pricks. How old are Ronnie and his companions?
You can disinfect the wound with saline solution, which you can get either from the pharmacy or make yourself by mixing 1-2 teaspoons of salt into 1 pint of boiled, cooled water. See a vet if it looks red or if there is a lump (abscess at any point).

Yep it was a boar trio, only had them for 2 months and apparently they all had to be sold together as they got on, unfortunately they weren't looked after very well and so I bathed them recently, luckily. So I'm hoping that's a better chance of it healing properly without problems.'It looks much better today. I went to the pets shop and got some antibacterial powder which is for bites, scratches and cuts. I think I'm going to wait for his wound to heal and then try and bond him with my single 6 months old piggy Rodney.
