Hello and welcome to the forum. I’m sorry your piggy is poorly. It could be a few things but they all need diagnosing by the vet for the correct treatment. Good luck at the vets.

Your piggy needs to be seen by a vet for diagonals and treatment. I’m afraid we cannot know what is wrong nor can we tell you what to do (legally on a vet can do so upon examination).
We never advise on home treatments as all too often they can do more harm than good

It is sadly impossible for us to say from your description but it could be a number of things.
Please have your guinea pig checked over by a vet. I hope they are ok x
