Guinea pigs have no loyalty

Yes Rocky I do feed you clean you out look after you and on your certificate it says that I your owner/adopter. Yet you prefer my girlfriend :( mallethead. does anyone else have a disloyal piggie?

Bertie loves my sister as well! he stays with her she cleans him out, sits with him on her lap to watch tele! buys him bags of special veggies, cuts his carrots into batons....:{
 
Toffee is very loyal, bit this works in my favour :)) She loves her mummy, daddy she is ok with but he does get the occasional nibble, however mummy gets all of the piggy kisses and cuddles. The other 2 are loyal when its feeding time.
 
Muffin is loyal most of the time, only coming to the side of the cage when her mummy comes to see her :))
but when veg is involved shes anyones! And she does give more piggy kisses to my OH than me, i've not had kisses in a while! :(
 
Treacle is a little sweetheart, but she is smitten with my OH! When I bathed her she hated me and wouldn't stay still, but when he wrapped her up in a towel she sat perfectly still on his arm and snuggled up happily! And has fallen asleep on his knee on more than one occasion. :)
 
Amina prefers my boyfriend and I cannot understand why as I spend more time with her. She will not sit on me but will relax on him. I am jealous!
 
My piggies only let me reach in their cages and stroke them and pick them up, no one else... but they prefer to sit on OH when they are out (especially to pee on him - they won't pee on me).

I don't really mind they fact the like sitting on him more because he's also their out-of-cage loo and if I say "back?" and hold my hands out, they put their paws in my hands if they want to go back to their cages. Coconut is the best at this and it makes OH jealous as they just look at him and go ?/ when he tries it haha!

I'd like to think my piggies Manny and Floyd favour me. x)

Floyd got heated yesterday when I was stroking him, Eve came up to the bars and he snapped at her and then laid down again to enjoy his stroke - seemed like piggy possessiveness to me! Esp as he has the hots for her big time......lol.

Princess, one of my hamsters massively prefers my boyfriend though grrrr Then again I'm more guarded handling the hamsters mostly because I'm so worried they will leap. That happened once with Jean Claude van Ham (JC), for no reason at all he just leapt straight out of my hands when I was putting him in his cage. He hit the floor! I thought I'd killed him :.... He was absolutely fine, a bit dazed for ten minutes.....it was about 6 months ago now - but I've never gotten over it! It was one of those moments where my heart hit my feet, I think I was more traumatised than he was! This was back when he was more edgy, he's a proper Mummy's boy now ;)

The gerbils don't care - they LOVE everyone, haha. :))
