Guinea Pigs left at Oxfam!

Nothing ceases to amaze me with the public, you wouldnt leave your granny in a bin bag outside Oxfam when you were bored of her so why leave your guinea pigs made me mad
 
It could have been worse, they could have been left somewhere that they weren't to be found and died so some thought must have gone into it for the poor little piggies, some people get desperate but leaving them at a vet would have been better!

more importantly, the piggies are now safe in a forever home...
Surely this should qualify as (potential) cruelty to animals and should get the police involved... Hope Pigglywink's Rachel can shed some legal light on the matter...
 
Grrr! pow-pow I just can't what I'd like to say about these people!
