HI, whilst looking at my piggies. i noticed, that the back legs have 4 nails..
3 are straight and the fourth one is curled like a banana. is this normal.?
I have bought some nail scissors for pigs, i have been told that when you cut their nails, you must cut of little bits at a time.. and look out for a white dot in the middle of the nail. as this is the time to stop. help needed.. thanks.

Normal are three pack toes, but polydactyly (one extra toe) is not rare. Generally, the extra toe doesn't seem to bother the piggies. Whether you need to do something depends on how loosely the extra toe is attached. Please don't home treat!
