I don’t know if I am over thinking this or not, but my guinea pigs aren’t eating hay from there hay feeder, and are just eating from the ground. They are also more lazy, since I have got them their pigloos. Anybody know how to stop them from eating hay from the ground, I don’t want them to be sick due to all the feces on the ground.

From experience, the only hay guinea pigs feel is worth eating is the stuff that's on the ground. You aren't going to be able to stop that.
Did they have a shelter of some form in the cage before the pigloos or was it always open? Because if the pigloos are their first shelter it's more likely that they're more comfortable finding somewhere to sleep and relax than they did before, rather than becoming lazy.

Guinea pigs are supposed to eat their own poops, its essential for their digestive health and will keep them healthy rather than making them sick. Most piggies prefer floor hay!
