Guinea pigs not eating?

My Finn and Lara get veggies three times a day, endless supply of hay and Oxbow pellets.

Veggies they get are lettuce, parsley, cilantro, basil, kale, carrot, cucumber, spinach, celery, grass, dandelion, and some fruits like apple, blueberry, watermelon, etc. Mine always finish their veggies and fruits. They never leave their food uneaten, and wait for their three meals of veggies a day and quickly finish. They are most excited at 6am, 2pm, and 9pm, their 3 meal times.
Here are the Oxbow pellets, and Kaytee Timothy hay, which I get delivered to my house by mail so I never run out of hay.

If they are not eating what you give them currently, I would change to giving them something else.

Lara, when she came to me from a friend who didn’t want her, initially she didn’t eat veggies. My friend who used to raise Lara told me she never even knew guinea pigs ate veggies. Lara lived on minimum hay and little pellet to eat daily. Lara was very skinny and uncared for when she came to me.

Currently, Lara eats everything just like my Finn. Lara is more vocal when it is time for their three meals of veggies time. She loves nibbling on Kaytee Timothy hay all day, and her Oxbow pellets.

Finn and Lara live in separate cages, because I am not a breeder so I wouldn't even know what to do if they had babies.

Below is approximate amount of veggies my Finn and Lara get each per day. They don't share this amount because they live in separate cages as I mentioned above. They each get this amount of veggies per day. I separate this into three meals at 6am, 2pm, and 9pm.
Daily they get lettuce, parsley, cilantro, and a baby carrot. Sometimes they get kale, grass, dandelion, spinach, and fruits as treats.

I forgot to add the cucumber. Cucumber was just sitting there so I took another picture, so see below.
