Guinea pigs paw being weird

My guinea pig hurt his paw in some way not sure how although I'm pretty sure his nail somehow got caught on something. He started walking weird and was staying put in his house for most of the day being way less active. He's walking pretty normal now but one thing that I'm not sure about is whenever he puts his paw down he taps it up and down on the ground a few times like it hurts or he doesn't want to put pressure on it. Also it looks like he's trying not to pressure his paw and is putting the load on his leg. I attached a picture of what it looks like. (It's the paw on the right) Is this normal for if a guinea pig sprains their leg or hurts it or should I be worried. Also I'm pretty sure it's not bumblefoot because the bottom of his paw looks normal.

There is nothing wrong with the way the toes twist sideways when the weight is fully on the foot; it becomes more common as guinea pigs get older. Just make sure that the nails are cut regularly.

He is putting on weight normally; there is nothing wrong. Guinea pig feet splay like that.

The original poster said that the piggy was not putting the foot down properly and was still tapping it a few times before standing on it as if in pain. Which is why I recommended a trip to the vets to have it checked out.
