I have heard that this cloudy white stuff in a piggies eye is normal and is used for them to clean themselves, but is it normal that it is only in one eye, and she closes her eye when having it?

Guinea pigs do produce a milky substance when they clean their eyes. But if your piggy’s eye is closed and oozing a substance it is more likely to be injury and/or infection so a vets trip will be needed.
