Hi! Take deep breath; that is just a fur marking and not something suspicious. He has some darker hairs intermingling in there.

But it wasn't there before. Recently it turned out to be black

I think you'll find it is fur turning colour on your young piggy, take a look at the skin below carefully and gently. If it is a skin issue you'll see flaky skin

Hair can change colour throughout a piggy's life, sometimes very noticeably. Your baby is currently losing its first baby hairs and they are gradually replaced by their next coat. That is nothing to worry about.

What you need to look out for is hair loss or scabby skin. They can be signs of a fungal infection or a mange or hay mite infestation.

your piggy is gorgeous by the way, what is their name?

About a month ago a bald patch formed over his nose area i washed him with anti fungal shampoo the hair regrew there but after the baldness these black patch came to my view. It can be a co incident that at the same time new black fur has grown. But i can't find anything on his skin the fur color just changed to black it seems.

It is a coincidence. Please see a vet if you suspect a fungal infection although in this case there isn't any! :)

I agree with @Wiebke Well done for checking but I would place money on your piggy being fine and the hair just changing colour
