Anniversary Herd
As per my previous thread that Gwen was struggling to put on and maintain weight, today we had to rush her up to the vets as she started bleeding from her private parts. The vet thinks that she has pyometra so she's on antibiotics, metacam and emeprid. Thankfully she is still eating well. We are keeping her under observation for the next couple of days to make sure she continues to eat and to keep her fluids up. She's currently sat having the life of riley in her cat carrier next to me munching on a piece of cucumber. She has another appointment at the vets on Friday but they are on call if anything changes.

Thanks to this forum though I am prepared and already have everything I need if I have to syringe feed her (which hopefully I won't need to do). Any advice is welcome though, it's horrible when they are poorly
