Well I took Bessie and Gypsy on in July as foster pigs and hope to keep them.

They have been very very nervous girls. It's taken a long time but Gypsy is finally at home. Bessie is still a bit skittish but I hope with lots of love and more time she will get even better. She's made great strides but Gypsy is ahead in terms of chilled-outness.

Anyway here are a couple of photos - top one being Gypsy last night all chilled out on me

And this is one of those snuggle sacs or whatever they are called. I bought one as Bessie is always burrowing under fleece / vetbed and I thought that would fulfill that need. It does, the reason you can't see her is she's right at the back and Gypsy at the front.

Gyspy is beautiful. Isnt it such a great feeling when you see your piggie relax and settle in. Took me six months with my Lady Penelope who I adopted in february this year. She now eats treats out of my hand. It is so rewarding when you see these little creatures flourish with a bit of TLC..

She looks so relaxed. I just love it when they're all content and happy.
It just makes your heart melt, doesn't it?

AWWW - what a stunning girl!

It's such a great feeling when your all your patient perseverance is finally paying off - I struggled for months with Llewelyn and am still working on Taffy, so I can really appreciate your efforts!

I'm looking forward to meeting Bessie when she is feeling up for photo session!

You have done a wonderful job with the girls, it is wonderful to see how well Gypsy is doing! Well done you. :)

Loving the names, too.

Thank you everyone. I feel very blessed to have helped them feel better about the world. They were both so cheeky yesterday at tea time out of their hideys and paws up on the bars looking at the chopping board. Believe me that's NOT normal. They always wheek at meal times now but this was proper begging.

I will get some photos of Bessie. Will try later to get some of her eating on my lap - she's done that the last 2 times she's been out now so that's brilliant.
