Had To Give Eddie His First Meds Last Night

he seemed quieter than normal and was sitting looking uncomfortable in his little bed. still eating, drinking, toileting but just seemed not quite right. checked him over and as i thought, he was a little gassy and tender underneath. i have never syringed him anything before but he took the infacol brilliantly

he can slink around like a ferret

so i didn't know how he would react, but he was good as gold

gave him gentle tummy rubs aswell and an hour later he was back to his normal self so didn't even need a second dose.

i gave reduced veg today just to be on the safe side, but all is well. he's back to his happy, popcorning self.

Good to hear it cleared up so quickly & that he was such a love with his syringe! My Peanut Butter takes to syringing quite well, but I think it is because he went through the drama of constant syringing during a 3 month UTI. Hazelnut on the other hand is still a handful. Half of it goes in his mouth & the other half down his chin.
