Junior Guinea Pig
This link is to my guinea pig Haggis - making us laugh loads this week.
I am a vet nurse and Haggis was a rescue, he is used to spending lots of time in noisy vet practices - he has been doing it since he was 2 days old! He has had to have 4 general anaesthetics in his short 1y 4m and is a leg short for it - he is quite difficult to phase now. He has recently had to have blood tests and xrays as we suspected kidney failure but thankfully it seems it is a bacterial gut infection which he is recovering from at the moment - big relief from me (however much the cost made a number of people I know reel!)! Please believe me when I say he was not stressed during this filming and was snacking about 2 minutes later doing exactly the same thing - this is just the first time I have caught him on camera!
