We lost little Haggis today, he was more than 6 and a half years old. I thought this might be coming as he'd been off his food a bit and starting to lose weight. The vet thought his back teeth were starting to overgrow and had booked him in for tooth work next week. In a way I'm glad he went now, in his sleep, as he'd have been unlikely to survive the op. He was a hardy wee thing, he'd had a bad start to life and we adopted him from a rescue. He had two cancerous lumps removed a few years ago, and bounced back amazingly well. He was a cheeky character, a little shy, and utterly loveable.

He'll join his friend Toffo, who he had a bit of a love-hate relationship with. Toffo has been waiting for him at Rainbow Bridge since May last year.

Haggis and Toffo, love you both, night night. xx

So sorry for the loss of your special boy.

RIP Haggis
