Hair loss? and a thin pig

Last thursday i noticed my piggie Ginny had some strange hairloss on her neck its not itching or sore and ive given her special shopbought surface paracites drops from asda (have also treated all other 3 piggies who show no hair loss)Could she be stressed? could millie her cage mate be pulling it out?
I'm rearly worried

Also Millie isnt putting on any winter weight. could anyone suggest anything for either?? I'm so worried about them8...:0
 
Do the Asda drops have any information on the packaging to say what's in them? Supermarket parasite treatments are often not very effective.
 
The hair loss could be as a result of mites. You need to get her checked by a vet who will also check her teeth. If she is thin maybe her teeth are giving her trouble. It all needs to be checked out. Do not leave it.
