Hi everyone!

I've just noticed that one of my little boys has seemed to have lost quite abit of his fur on one of his back feet, I haven't been able to monitor him as closely as usual as since we have come home over the Christmas holidays they're cage has been in a spare room rather than being in the same room as me so I'm not sure if it's down to too much grooming or possibly an infection. It didn't seem to upset him when I touched it but it does look slightly more red and sore than his other foot, and I could feel some very small bumps when I ran my hand over it anyone know what it could be?
The foot in question:

His other back foot for comparison:

Also worth saying that the skin on the sole of his bad foot is dry and slightly peeling

It's difficult to tell but my first thought would be a slight fungal infection. I would get it checked when you are home. My preferred treatment for fungal is Imaverol dips. It could also just be dry skin though so definitely get a vet opinion first. Is the room he is in warmer than he is used to?
