Hair loss

anyone have idea, what type of hairloss is this? her skin looks healthy
 
Has she been treated for mites, any excessive scratching? The hair under the ear looks damaged too.

TBH it looks like the hair has been plucked out - does she have a cagemate that could be pulling it out (many young pigs barber and eat hair).
