Please see a vet. It is impossible to tell whether it is mange mites or fungal/ringworm. These issues need different, but good quality treatment; cheap low dosed stuff from the pet shop won't work and can harm for the longer term. In that place it could be either.

Another update... I now have a vet appointment for later today. I do believe this is fungal because her toes are dirty, another symptom of something fungal.

Best thing is to see a vet, she will need treatment regardless.
Let us know how she gets on.
I have a vet appointment later today :) I'm am now pretty certain this is something fungal, since she has been losing patches of hair and her paws are dirty (another symptom of something fungal). I will update everybody after we go to the vet :D

Dirty toes as a fungal symptom are new to me, but best have her vet checked, so you can then step in with good products and get rid of the problem once and for all.
