Hair nibbling

Hi there so my four females are a very happy herd but just yesterday I noticed that my two long haired ones have short bits here and there . But skin is clear and no itching going on so while I watched in there outside run I noticed one of the others nibbling her hair ! Is this normal ? Are they ok ? X
