As far as I am aware, Hammocks are really bad for piggies spines and can cause all sorts of problems relating to them.
Guinea Pig Magazine did an article on them (I think?) and my subscription ran out (until next payday) and was hoping someone could update me on what the outcome was or just share your opinion on the matter.

I've never really thought about them being a problem to be honest.

I have been using hammocks for over 7 years and never had a problem with any spinal problems with any of my pigs but it is definitely something to think about now you have mentioned it.

I'm not really sure, as I've never used any, so I cannot talk.
But, I don't intend on using them, incase they fell out of it, or twisted themselves if you know what I mean?

I've never used one for my pigs.... they just never seemed flexible enough it to look comfortable with them. My cousin's ferret, however, loved those things, but of course he was a lot more flexible than my pigs!
