i have used them before for my degus and they do take a while to deliver but its never been that long before :{ i use mostly

we've used them before for the degus and they were very good. I know that Sarah who is their machinist has been very ill and this has created a bit of a back log. They were getting back on track but she had a relapse. Try contacting them again through their website. I had an email from them a couple of days ago. It doesn't sound like them to give such bad custmoer service

Please try emailing again, Sarah works really hard to ensure everyone gets their order and I know she had several go missing last year during the postal strike - yours may have been one of them.
Sarah's Hammocky Hammocks is a completely non-profit making organisation, she takes no money for herself at all and every quarter she divides up the money between several animal rescues (including Little Brambles)
She has been a tremendous help to many small rescues and undertaking all the work herself in a voluntary capacity is such a generous gesture.

Hammocky Hammocks have problems with orders going missing.
I've had a few go missing in the past. To be blunt, it looks like people steal them.
They're hard to get hold of right now but they normally reply within a few days. Their email person: Malani is quite helpful. I'm surprised you haven't heard back.
Do keep trying. It's a very wonderful site. They make such good quality items and as said already, they're non-profit.
Their stuff is worth the wait, believe me.

Thanks. I know Sarah has been very ill and they are volunteer based, hence why I haven't made a fuss. Just got a response from Melani, looks like my replacement delivery has gone awol aswell so she is trying to chase up royal mail. I'm not too bother about waiting, just nice to know its being dealt with as 6 months is a long time!
