hand held hoovers?

Morning everyone :)

I need to get a hand held hoover to pick up all the little poops from my girls cage. I've had a look around but was wondering if anyone currently has a good one they would recommend?

Ps, i'm bathing my girls for the first time today! Will try to get some pigtures and i'm hoping they wont hate me too much afterwards!
 
I have a hand held Dyson which is brill, but it only has 6 minutes of charge so you have to be uber quick :))

Good luck with the bathing! I haven't dared yet :{

Ok, 6 mins should be enough! I think I need the luck! My little Mabel probably isnt going to enjoy it but they are around 6 months old now and they seem a little smelly :))

Also, i was reading on the gorgeous guineas website (where i got my shampoo from) and they were saying it's good to bath piggies every 4-6 weeks as a preventative measure for skin problems, so i think i'm doing it in their best interests!
 
Yes I really think I should take the plunge with mine too! Maybe we can share soggy stories later! Note to self: get some piggy shampoo! rolleyes
 
Ive got a Dyson DC31. Amazingly 6 minutes gives me plenty of time to do both my 2 tier cages (and the floor afterwards...lol). Great suction power and would recommend it. Hay obviously can clog it up but I expect that would be the same whatever one was used.

They have just been bathed! It really was absolutely fine, they were very well behaved piggies! Will post some pigtures in a min! I'm just giving them big cuddles in a blanket as they are shaking, bless them!

Here's where i got my shampoo from http://www.gorgeousguineas.co.uk/ lots of people have recommended it on here. I got the conditioning shampoo in original 4 oil. They are super soft now!

i just have the argos value range hoover or poover as i call it:)) its sucks all the poops and has 10 minutes of charge to me its brilliant :)
 
Brilliant, thanks for your replies everyone. Really useful as i'd rather get one that people recommend as I know it will be good!
