So today/tonight was the first time EVER that my baby girl guinea piggy ZERO! Gave me a kiss/lick! It was so cute. Omgosh I feel special! LOL.

So the question is!
Does your guinea pig warn you when they have to pee?
How do they?
And how soon after when you pick them up?

Zero still runs away from me while she's in the cage, but not when she's outside of it. But after putting her on the floor she'll sort of run away from me sometimes.
Usually after picking her up she chills with me no problem. She'll chew my hair, nibble my clothing, walk over my lap or stomach and sometimes nip at my skin.

So the next question is!
After having/bonding with your guinea for a long time do they STILL run away from you?
I have heard from some people saying that some pigs will always run away from you no matter what!
When I let her know I'm coming near, she'll chill wherever she is, in the cage.
Obviously if I don't let her know she runs around.

Hi! Most guinea pigs give subtle signs that they need to go back to the cage. They often start to wiggle around more or pull/bite on things to get your attention. Try to learn your girl's signal or have a padded snuggle blanket where it doesn't matter.

Piggies generally like to be more independent and "free" when they have roaming time. That is the time when they can be piggies and are not pets, first and foremost. They generally like to be touched and petted less, but it depends on their inidividual nature and the closeness of your bond to which degree that happens.
Personally, I enjoy my piggies to be happy piggies first and only then to be my pets, so their interaction with their mates has priority for me. they are still happy to come to me for a treat.

You can use the tips in this link here for picking up if you wish to: How To Pick Up And Weigh Your Guinea Pig

Thank you for the reply! And I'll have to try that sometime.

Hoping someone can answer my other question now. xD
It's kinda buggin me.
Would love to know of someones guinea not running from them! D=

My Keiko doesn't run when I remove his house (which he knows mean's floor time) but if I leave his house he runs to it, and since moving him to a bigger cage he runs a lot more because it's easier to get away lol. But most times he'll just sit still, let me stroke him, and totally submit to being picked up without any struggle, other times he tries his darnedest to escape despite pop corning immediately and coming for cuddles once he's out and about

LOOOOOOL!
Omgoodness guineas are so odd! Thanks for your feedback.
I love their little popcornings!
Gotta cuddle my Zero tonight!
:3

Both of my piggies warn me when they have to pee, one starts pulling on my clothing and the other starts wriggling really hard. :D It's usually 10-30minutes after I've picked them up.
And to your other question, I've had them for 5 months and 25 days :D, and they don't run away from me anymore like they did before. They'll only go hide, if I'm being too noisy. Other times when I'm near their cage or playpen, they'll come asking for snacks or snuggles :)
