Hard to believe that it is already a full year since Modron 'Mother Goddess' from the dumped Cornish piggy family I adopted wholesale last autum gave birth to two healthy and ideal-sized little boys. She must have been impregnated by her son Barcud 'Red Kite' just days before they were caught and taken into rescue by @Bill & Ted , who also most kindly transported the family all the way from Maria's Animal Shelter in Mid-Cornwall to the Midlands once Millyn's (Modron's daughter's babies by her brother Barcud) were all old enough for the long journey.

Brangwyn 'White Raven' started dominance rumbling at his brother Baeddan 'Boar' (Baby name Bronrhyddyn 'Robin') at just one day old. I didn't believe my ears and eyes! Both have been successfully neutered at the start of March and are now living each with their own ladies. Even though all boars from that family will stay on the smaller side of normal, Baeddan has now overtaken his dad.
There has been too much sibling rivalry for the brothers to live together for any length of time from a very young age but they will behave long enough for a photoshoot. The family - although living in three groups - is staying in contact through the bars.

At a week old with their mum Modron, their auntie/half-sister Millyn 'Sweet Violet' and their 6 weeks older half-sister/niece Blodyn 'Flower', who now lives with Baeddan. Millyn is Modron's daughter, Barcud's sister and Blodyn's mother.
Barcud making babies with both his mother and sister while living rough is making for a rather complex family tree...
Blodyn now lives with Baeddan.

Happy Birthday boys! It’s made my day to see them all again and so lovely of you to take them all on @Wiebke 😆

Such an adorable little family and so lucky they were found. Well done @Bill & Ted and friends for having the patience to keep trying to catch them, Maria's rescue for taking them in and @Wiebke for giving them such a wonderful forever home. It's such a heart warming story.
