I know I have been a bit quite over the past few months but thought Suilven & I would share some Christmas joy...

I'm not an irresponsible owner and don't recommend candles with animals... Gill was just out of shot ready to blow them out and grab the boys...

I always wonder a) where people get these piggy sized xmas hats from and b) how on earth they get their piggy's to wear them and sit still long enough for a picture?

Mine were Christmas tree decorations from Asda last year. They came in a handy pack of 4 as I have 4 boys!

As for staying still.... Suilven is a poser and loves his photo taken, hence his is the best picture. My old boy Merry (RIP) the brown pig was also a great photography model.

On the hand Angus (White with ginger eye patch) wriggles so all his pictures are blurred and two seconds after that phot was taken he had jumped off the sofa and was savaging his santa hat... Hamish (white) is partially sighted and partially deaf so never looks at the camera and you can't attract his attention with noise either so he always looks gormless! (Sorry Mishy but it's true , you do...)

I did take 4 boys for a pro photoshoot, and they were brilliant. I willl have to scan in and upload the pics sometime.

Mainly lots of bribery in the form of BAsil helps!
 
My piggys will never sit still for photo's and my photography skills are shocking so i never get any good pictures lol!

Us too...:( We take hundreds to get one... mallethead

We think that's why we love looking at all the pigtures on the forum.... we drool over them... x)

oooo you've just reminded me of the year my gran leant over the candles as she got up from the table and her paper hat got fire!
 
oh yes she was fine, my sister snatched it off her head. she refused to believe it had happened despite the new back edging! :))
