It has been so long since I have had baby piggies probably about 6 years.

Oh they are adorable! As all piggies sound different it’s a very individual thing, but based on my experience they don’t sound over the moon but rather like they’re complaining about something! As they’re new to you, they might be just expressing how worried they are though.

It's a guess - but it sounds to me like they're talking to each other (as opposed to you, I mean!) and reassuring each other that they're OK.
